This event application collects the contact and company information you submit, your selected automation interests and your voucher status.

Purpose

We use this information to verify participation, provide the requested event experience, prevent duplicate vouchers, process redemption and, where separately agreed, send product and event updates.

Verification and retention

Email verification records and voucher status are retained according to the campaign configuration. The default retention period is 24 months unless applicable law or an active dispute requires otherwise.

Your choices

Marketing consent is optional. You may request access, correction or deletion through the activity organizer listed at the event. Operational records that are legally required or needed to prevent voucher misuse may be retained.

The activity organizer provides the applicable contact details and jurisdiction-specific disclosures.
